To assist residents, Floridian Bay Estates provides lawn care services, including front yard grass cutting, ensuring that our neighborhood remains beautiful and well-kept.
• Architectural Changes: To maintain a cohesive and appealing aesthetic throughout Floridian Bay Estates, any exterior modifications to homes—such as new paint colors, structural additions, or alterations—must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. This ensures that all changes are in keeping with the overall look and feel of the community.
• Parking & Vehicle Storage: To ensure safe and clear access throughout the neighborhood, residents are required to park in designated areas and keep driveways unobstructed. Parking on lawns is not permitted, and storage of RVs, boats, and trailers should be out of view unless specific approval has been obtained from the association.
• Use of Community Spaces: Floridian Bay Estates offers shared community spaces for residents to enjoy. The association manages the maintenance of these areas to ensure they remain clean, safe, and accessible for gatherings and resident use.
